The Chronicles of Narnia are a beloved collection of wonderfully written stories. That is what has garnered the fans over the years. An audio productions and best animated feature movie that the fan have enjoyed have respected the original storyline. We were delighted with the production of The Lion, The Witch and the Wardrobe feeling that changes to the plot were minor and could easily be overlooked and even enjoyed.

We knew that those in charge would probably be eliminating certain characters and storylines to keep the film short enough. However, we were totally unprepared to see that major parts of the storyline were rearranged, rewritten or eliminated and in their place totaly new plots were added. The age of Prince Caspian and the kiss with Susan along with a more indepth look at who the Telmarines/Miraz’s family were are minor and easily overlooked compared to Aslans’ diminshed role.
