Jonny Blaze(nicolas cages) only teenaged stunt rider biker when he sold his sold to evil (Peter Fonda). Years later, he discover himself become an Marvel Comic legend at night. The devil's bounty hunter, he is charged with finding the evil souls on earth and bring them back to hell.

But when twisted fate of Johnny ex-girlfriend (Eva Mendes) return, johhny wanted to transformed himself back to a human at night, johnny realise he might have a second happiness chance with Eva Mendes again.

Inorder to be with Eva Menda, he need to fight with the devil to bring back his soul.To do so he had defeat the devil name Blackheart (Wes Bentley), the devil's nemesis and wayward son, whose plot to take over his father realm will bring hell on earth. Will ghost rider be able to stop him???
